“We had two estimates done, and the Cunningham estimate was much more reasonable as far as cost, and far more detailed. They had also been recommended by a neighbor. The estimate and then the work were completed in a timely and professional manner. Care was taken to reuse existing bricks where they were visible, in order to make the repair ‘blend in’. The outer surface of the chimney was cleaned and a coating applied to help preserve the bricks and mortar.”
